The EDHN is a voluntary organisation with a vision to provide an inclusive community, where all people with disabilities have access to appropriate housing. EDHN is member driven. We strive to empower network members through information, skills, and advocacy opportunities to secure appropriate housing for all people with a disability. We try to simplify the complex information, as we understand that exploring disability specific housing in the current market can be challenging and overwhelming.

We value the journey of people with a disability and their families and aim to always listen to the needs of the community.  

 Network Meetings

• We host quarterly network meetings where we present a range of trusted providers and topical information. 
• Our focus is to bring the most relevant information, education and industry changes to our network meetings.
• The quarterly meetings also provide valuable networking opportunities.

EDHN doesn’t find a home for you or your family member.

As a voluntary organisation we are limited to the support we can provide, such as individual queries or on-going housing project management/consultancy. 

Our network meetings create a place where those who are seeking more resources can connect with expertise in various areas of disability housing.   

EDHN carefully selects proven and transparent providers to help ensure quality information.

Yes, absolutely. The EDHN strives to provide quality information and relevant provider networks to those who may not qualify for housing support via NDIA. 

Those who don’t fall in the NDIA SDA and/or SIL categories make up most of our membership.  

The EDHN provides information on all housing options for all people with a disability.
